Return & Exchange Policy
At General Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange a product under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the invoice.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
- In case of wrong or damaged items, we will cover all return/exchange costs.
